1. How do I, as the owner of the property, receive payment?
   You will receive a check and an invoice in the mail once every month.
2. Is the check from the tenant or you?
   It is from me. No matter the number of properties, you will receive one check and a one invoice every month, unless requested otherwise.
3. Do I have to get use my son's math homework to figure out what I'm getting?
   No, I handle all of the math problems.
4. How do tenants get their money to Bob Snellgrove?
   They either mail me the rent, or the bring it up to me themselves. I keep a good relationship with owners and renters alike.
5. What if a renter pays late?
   I begin by charging the tenant a late notice and a standard charge late fee. And I will collect the rent on every property I manage.
6. How does the above situation effect the owner of the property?
   It means that, as soon as I get the rent and late fee, you, the owner, will have more money in your pocket.
7. If a tenant does pay late, will the owner recieve his rent payment on time?
   Probably not, but you will receive your money as soon as I get it, which won't be long.
8. If a tenant pays early, will the owner recieve payment early?
   No, the owner will still receive payment on the normal pre-scheduled monthly date.
9. What if a renter doesn‘t pay?
   I, Bob Snellgrove, go through the procedures to do the evictions. I take care of all processes at all times to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties involved, especially the property owners. Snellgrove Properties understands that this is a family business, and by trusting us to take care of your property, you are also trusting us to help take care of you and your family.
10. How much does Bob Snellgrove charge to manage properties?
    I only charge 10 percent.

12. In order to rent from Snellgrove, what the steps would a potential tenant encounter?
    An applicant would first need to visit Bob's office complex at 506 Osigian Blvd., Suite 1, Warner Robins, GA. Once there  they would need to filll out an application, run a credit check, a renters check, and complete the rest of the pre-approval process.
