     Bob Snellgrove's father, Marvin Snellgrove, was a prominent builder based in Warner Robins in the 1960s. He helped to lay the building blocks that eventually produced the town what Warner Robins is today, constructing an expansive area all the way from Greene Street well into Centerville. Because of his father's work, Bob Snellgrove grew up with building on the brain. This much experience can only result in the best possible home or office for you.

     Bob Snellgrove is also an experienced property manager. He handles a wide range of duties through this outlet including, but not limited to, construction, development, repair and maintenance on a property. Bob makes a point to have excellent relations with tenants because one important role of this job is that of liaison between the landlord and/or the management firm operating on the landlord's behalf and tenant. He handles leasing, renting, and upkeep of over 60 properties in the Middle Georgia area.
